After sitting neglected for decades, Rueter Associates Architect revitalized this historic plot, mitigating the site and constructing a flatiron mixed use building on this triangular lot. Working within historic commission district regulations, this uniquely designed building offers a perfect blend of historic and contemporary elements. Customized front balconies, created by a local welder, offer a distinctive feature to the building’s look and feel. Interior apartments feature a sleek, contemporary design filled with natural light and luxury accents, creating the perfect metropolitan atmosphere for residents of the Commons.
